Welcome to the Blakeley-Mills Newfound Regional Scholarship Foundation
Founded in 2017 by Paul Berton and Linda Drake Normandin, both members of the Class of 1972, the scholarship is named after two teachers/coaches with a combined 82 years with Newfound Regional High School: Alan Blakeley and Earl Mills.
As of June, 2025, the foundation has awarded more than 50 scholarships, totaling more than $55,000! These scholarships funds have come from the generosity of the scholarship board members and the "Donate Your Age" campaign, and other donations build up the endowment to help students in the years to come.
Our Mission
The Mission of the Blakeley-Mills Newfound Regional Scholarship Foundation Inc. is to provide financial assistance to Newfound Regional graduating seniors and alumni in any post secondary academic ambition: college/university, technical school, or apprenticeship. The Scholarship Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity and is designed to grow in perpetuity.
Please consider donating to the scholarship fund so that we might offer greater resources to Newfound grads in the future.
